In the tire detail we display DOT* (week and year of manufacture) and country of origin *of most stock inventory. Beware of shops selling couple years old inventory. Did you know there is such thing as Barum made in China?

Labeling

The observed value such as grip and rolling resistance are contradictory properties. It is very difficult to produce an A-marked tire for rolling resistance and A-marked tire for braking on wet surface. When it comes to choosing the right tire, labeling shouldn´t be the most decisive point for average customer. Racing tires have better grip and therefore higher rolling resistance.
