The Dunlop Scootsmart 2 80/90R16 48P is designed for urban scooters and light commuter machines, offering confident everyday mobility in town and on suburban roads. This tyre targets the city commuter segment with a focus on longevity and predictable behaviour under varied urban conditions. Its profile and compound are tuned to deliver a balanced combination of grip and durability for frequent stopstart use.

The tread pattern features circumferential grooves and optimized block geometry that promote efficient water evacuation and consistent contact patch under load. Reinforced construction enhances load capacity and sidewall robustness for manoeuvres and kerb impacts. The design reduces rolling resistance while maintaining reliable wet grip to shorten braking distance in rainy conditions.

For riders this means improved mileage and predictable steering response in slow to medium speed riding, with a tyre that wears evenly across its life. The Scootsmart 2 brings a sensible tradeoff between endurance and performance so urban riders benefit from lower operating costs and steady handling characteristics.
