The Dunlop Scootsmart 2 140/60R13 57P is a rear scooter tyre designed for maxi-scooters and sporty commuters that need stable handling and enhanced traction. It offers a broader footprint to support higher loads and to increase stability during cornering and acceleration. The tread pattern works to preserve a steady contact patch across lean angles for consistent grip when changing direction.

The compound choice helps moderate rolling resistance while delivering strong wet grip characteristics under typical UK conditions. Wide longitudinal grooves ensure effective water evacuation and maintain braking performance in rain. The tyre’s reinforced carcass provides improved load capacity and resistance to deformation, promoting even wear and extended mileage. Cornering stability is emphasised to give confidence at higher urban speeds.

Riders will notice better straight-line stability and trustworthy steering response during lane changes. The tyre reduces stopping distances on damp roads and supports comfortable long rides with predictable behaviour, making it a solid option for daily commuting and weekend excursions.
