The Dunlop Scootsmart 2 100/80R12 56J is a scooter tyre conceived for urban commuters and light touring on city streets. It aims to deliver consistent grip, agile steering and comfort on variable road surfaces commonly found in British towns. The tread design provides a secure contact patch for confident cornering and predictable responses during stop-start traffic.

Engineered with a modern compound and structured groove pattern, the tyre optimises rolling resistance while prioritising wet grip for safe wet-weather commuting. Fine sipes and circumferential channels enhance water evacuation and reduce the risk of aquaplaning. The casing promotes even wear and a balanced ride feel to extend mileage without sacrificing grip.

For everyday riders this tyre offers improved braking distance in wet conditions and crisp steering response, making lane changes and urban manoeuvres easier. The Scootsmart 2 also supports comfortable rides over potholes and uneven surfaces, delivering reliable performance for daily use and occasional longer trips.
