Designed for urban and commuter motorcycles, the Dunlop SCOOTSMART 2 R 130/70R16 61S delivers confidence for everyday riding and short tours. This tyre is aimed at scooter and lightweight motorcycle users who prioritise agility and predictable behaviour in city traffic. The construction balances durability with nimble handling to suit stop-start conditions and mixed-speed streets.

The tread features asymmetric elements that improve water evacuation and enlarge the contact patch in lean, supporting reliable wet grip and a consistent steering response. A focus on even wear and optimised compound formulation helps maintain stable cornering stability across the life of the tyre. Riders will notice a firm but comfortable ride thanks to tyre geometry tuned for light motorcycles.

For the rider this means reduced rolling resistance that helps mileage without compromising safety and a shortened braking distance in varying conditions. The SCOOTSMART 2 R offers clear steering response and confident wet performance which are important for daily commuters. Its design gives practical longevity and dependable handling for typical UK urban use.
