The Dunlop SPORTSMART TT 170/60R17 72W is a high-performance motorcycle tyre developed for sport-touring riders seeking confident handling on both road and track days. It sits in the sport sector where grip and precise steering response are essential for aggressive riding. The tyre’s carcass and compound combination aims to provide fast warm-up, consistent adhesion and predictable behaviour when leaned over. Optimised contact patch and a race-derived compound deliver strong grip and good mileage for a sport tyre. The profile promotes progressive feel and reliable feedback to the rider.

A directional tread pattern with deep longitudinal grooves supports effective water evacuation and enhanced wet grip in changeable conditions. The construction allows excellent cornering stability while preserving compliance for everyday riding, and helps keep braking distance competitive when conditions deteriorate. Thermal stability of the compound reduces performance drop-off during extended hard use. Even wear characteristics ensure a longer service life without sudden handling changes.

Riders will benefit from sharp steering response and confident traction exiting corners, together with controlled comfort on longer trips. This tyre is a good choice for those who want sport-level performance with usable road manners.
