The Metzeler TOURANCE NEXT 170/60R17 72V is a sport‑touring motorcycle tyre intended for long distances across mixed surfaces from motorways to A‑roads. It is developed for riders who need durable all‑round grip and confident handling in both dry and wet conditions. The tyre balances touring mileage with agile responses for everyday and weekend rides. Long‑life compound enhances mileage while preserving traction over extended use. Optimised contact patch ensures stable footprint transition and consistent wear across lean angles.

A multi‑radius profile and reinforced construction improve steering response and cornering stability, delivering predictable feedback when changing lines. Tread channels support rapid water evacuation to maintain wet grip and limit braking distance on damp surfaces. The sidewall design provides a comfortable ride without sacrificing stability when loaded or when touring with a passenger. The tyre also resists irregular wear to sustain performance over many miles.

For riders this translates to reliable touring range, reduced tyre rotations and assured behaviour in variable British weather. Improved confidence in wet conditions and steady handling make the TOURANCE NEXT a practical choice for committed touring motorcyclists.
